Sessions are flexible and responsive to each child and family’s needs. We understand that engagement and motivation are essential for learning, so every therapy session includes the child’s interests, preferred activities, and games to make learning enjoyable and effective.
We use the SoundsWrite approach to provide a structured framework that supports reading and spelling development. This evidence‑based program ensures that children receive high‑quality practice opportunities designed to build strong literacy skills.
Each session concludes with practical recommendations and home practice activities. These tasks help consolidate skills, encourage ongoing progress, and give families clear strategies to support learning outside the clinic.
Collaboration is central to our approach. Feedback and recommendations are shared with families and, when requested, with school staff to ensure consistent support across home, school, and therapy. This team‑based model helps children to progress with their reading, writing and spelling.
